You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund by August 1, 2025 5:00 pm. Cancellations after that time period are non-refundable. Hotel reservations must be cancelled by the attendee. All refunds above $100 will receive a check for the refunded amount to the assigned billing person and address on the registration.
Weather-Related Cancellations and Refunds
ABC Carolinas prioritizes the safety of our members and guests. In the event of inclement weather or a hurricane, refunds for convention registration will only be issued if a mandatory evacuation is declared by the City of Myrtle Beach, SC.
All other weather-related cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage attendees to monitor weather updates and make travel decisions accordingly.
