Vendor Showcase Packages

Maximize your company’s exposure at the 2025 Construction Convention by participating in the Vendor Showcase. Vendor Showcase hours begin Thursday morning and end Friday at lunch.  As an exhibitor, your company will have the opportunity to expand your reach to the hundreds of decision-makers across the Carolinas. From pre-event and on-site visibility to in-person networking, you are sure to make connections and raise brand awareness in the Carolinas as a Vendor.

Features of the Vendor Showcase Packages at the Convention include:

  • Two-day Vendor Showcase.
  • One attendee registration included. Additional attendees are extra. 
  • Includes one 6ft table and two chairs. Electricity is an extra cost.
  • Exhibitors will be featured on the Convention website, printed Convention brochure, and in the email communications campaign. 

Space is assigned based on registration order, depending on your choice of a Premium (Pink)  or Standard  (Green)   Booth (See floorplan below.) 

First Vendor Showcase begins Thursday morning around 7:30 am with the Breakfast Buffet. See agenda under Convention Details. 

Set Up:

Set up begins 3:00pm on Wednesday, August 6, in Cambridge and Westminster Halls

Vendor Showcase Card:

A Vendor Showcase Card will be given to all attendees to stop by and learn more about your product. 

Please initial the card with special pen privded by ABCC.  Once initialed by all vendors, attendees will turn in this card to be entered into a raffle at the end of the Convention.
